How it works
- Start from the goal
- The agent's goal is split into capabilities with no overlap and no gap.
- Build the cases
- Each capability gets its own cases, benign controls that catch over-refusal, and holdouts the agent never sees.
- Stress the edges
- Long inputs, conflicting records and time pressure push each capability to where it breaks.
- Hand back the fix
- Every weak capability returns with its failing cases, the cause and how to improve it, then is measured again.
